Who this is between

You, and Arrit Gashi, trading as Halbreven, reachable at info@halbreven.com. "The app" means the Halbreven mobile app and the website at halbreven.com.

Who it is for

Adults. You must be 18 or over to create or join a group, and the app asks for your month and year of birth to check. A group run as a club team may admit a younger player only after a parent or guardian confirms by email; if you are that parent, confirming means you accept these terms on their behalf.

Halbreven is invite-only. You get into a group with a code from somebody already in it. There is no public list of groups or people.

What the app does, and what you agree to

Halbreven organises a recurring game: who is in, who plays whom, who turned up, and how it went. Using it, you agree that:

• Your teammates may rate your play after a match, and you may rate theirs. Ratings are anonymous and averaged; nobody, including us, can see who gave what. Your average is visible to people in your group, and an overall average is visible to anyone who shares a group with you. This is the product. If you do not want to be rated, do not join a group.
• Your reliability is recorded. Saying you will play and not turning up, or dropping out after the teams are set, lowers a trust score that your group can see. Turning up raises it. The score is a record of what happened, not a judgement of you.
• A group can give you a card. Group admins — and, if the group allows it, a quorum of members — can record a yellow or red card for conduct. You can respond to a card in the app, and it can be voided. A card never removes you from a group by itself; the people in the group decide that.
• The people who run a group run it. An owner and their admins decide who joins, who is removed, and what the house rules are. We do not moderate individual groups and we will not overrule an admin's decision about their own group, except as the law requires.

What you must not do

• Use the app if you are under 18, or help someone under 18 into a group outside the guardian-consent arrangement.
• Post anything unlawful, or anything that harasses, threatens or exposes another person — in chat, on a timeline, or in a photo.
• Rate, card or flag people dishonestly to harm them. The system is built to resist this; do not test it.
• Share an invite code publicly, scrape the app, or try to reach data that is not yours. The database refuses these, and trying is a breach of these terms.
• Impersonate somebody else.

If you do, we may suspend or delete your account. A group's admins may remove you from their group for any reason at all, without asking us.

Your content

What you post is yours. By posting it you give us the licence we need to show it to your group, store it, and make the copies that serving it requires — nothing more, and it ends when you delete it or your account. We do not use your posts, photos or messages for anything else.

You are responsible for what you post, including that you have the right to post a photo of someone. When you delete your account, your posts, comments and photos go with it; your chat messages are blanked; the matches your group played stay as the group's record, with your name replaced. The Privacy Policy says exactly what stays and why.

Sponsors

The app is free for players. A group may carry a sponsor — a local business whose card, post and one after-match message the group sees. A sponsor's offer is the sponsor's, not ours: if a bar promises a round of chips, the bar is who you take it up with. Sponsorship is never targeted using your ratings, trust or attendance.

What we promise, and what we do not

We will run the app with reasonable care, keep your data as the Privacy Policy describes, and tell you if that changes. Beyond that, the app is provided as it is. It is free, it is run by one person, and it may have bugs, go down, or change. We do not promise it will always be available, that teams will always be balanced, or that a score is a true measure of anyone.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for anything that follows from using the app — a match that did not happen, a disagreement in a group, an injury on the pitch, a sponsor's offer not honoured. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else the law does not let us exclude.

We may stop offering the app. If we do, we will say so in the app with at least 30 days' notice and you can take a copy of your data first.

Changes and the rest

If these terms change in a way that matters, the app will show you the new version and ask you to continue past it before you next use it. Continuing is agreeing; the version date at the top is the one you agreed to.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kosovo, and disputes go to its courts — unless you live in a country whose law gives you the right to be heard at home, in which case that right stands. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
